It's really not. I don't think most people realise how much of the voice is conveyed in the way dialogue is written in Japanese. Every character has a unique characteristic way of talking visible by reading their lines, which is why Japanese doesn't have the "said Yuuna" at the end of each line like you get in English novels.
Yuuna and other Yuuna's way of talking is identical.

There's a 'no significant male characters' rule. Males are background only in the anime, males with lines in the VN and Vita games are unvoiced and have minimal dialogue. There's not many female background characters either, but they have a lot more dialogue and some of them were voiced in the anime.

Check your memories, they're fully voiced and the amount of their lines are that of the average Citizen A in the Vita game, they even have their own unique silhouettes there. In fact, the amount of males showing up in the Vita game out-numbered the amount of females. The "no male" rule is only strictly applied on the anime/bonus VNs and LNs where side characters are actually background characters. In the 4koma, the males show up normally as side characters like every other females.
Reminder that this little girl will become a hero in S2 and make both herself and Karin suffer.
