Read a book on this guy and the universal expo of Chicago. The guys was a complete nuts. It's crazy how easy it was to murder people at that time and get away with it. Also Ushiyama seems to be based on Ushijima "Demon" Tatsukuma, an enfant terrible of the early 20th century Judo scene in Japan and teacher of the famous Kimura Masahiko. He tried to stop WW2 by trying to assassinate Tojo and was famous for biting the belt of his opponents to make his pins more effective. His tactic in Judo was "attack until your heart stops beating".
