Between Mumei being a retarded little cocksleeve, faking MC deaths for no reason but forced drama, and "I will liberate the world by turning everyone into zombies because I'm evil", there's not much left to like.
I miss Ikoma studying the kabaneri. The guy's figured out that it's a disease and it can be stopped before people get turned into full-on zombies, but that aspect's disappeared asides from the development of his jet bullets. I would've liked to see him go and try to find a cure for that shit, and I feel that liberating people through restoring life would contrast neatly with Biba's liberation through violence.
I don't even mind Biba conceptually, but the whole thing about him wanting to destroy the world because he is evil is just fucking stupid. Take a page from Gundam's book and learn how to write a deep and relatable villain.

Mumei is too dense to realize her nii-san is evil even after he killed hundreds of innocent people.
Ikoma was holding a fucking gun, he could at least have tried to shoot Biba. He chose to slowly walk up to him and got kicked off the train as well.
