Because we see the most of Koko and the team, you would think we're supposed to like them but I just didn't feel it while watching.
They're all cardboard cutout personalities, Koko herself is an insufferable mary sue and to top it off at the end they activate Jormungand killing something like 400,000 people for a 'chance' of no war.
I found myself rooting for the CIA and US Navy, who are usually portrayed as evil but here are just trying to fix the situation.

I would put Gangsta between Black Joke and Trash. but it really isn't the same type of mafia stuff as the rest.

Did you even finish Gangsta? It was okay till episode 8 or so and then it turned into the worst trainwreck I ever saw. Even though I liked characters like Gina or Ginger.
In fact, it was so terrible that the studio that made the anime is now bankrupt.
