Find the title by using google reverse image search on OP's image, then google that Japanese title into google to find the website that shows them. You can read all chapters.
Find what the kanji reads (by using Jisho maybe) then search for that on google.

I dunno, I think american comics look like garbage because of the color. Most the time it feels washed out and stale.
Feng Shen Ji has some fantastic coloring and it fits well with the series. That's chink shit though.
But normal harem, SoL, comedy, etc don't really need coloring. It's more of an action thing.
