Yeah, 3.33 took place 14 years after 2.22. So, Misato is 42yo in 3.33. Asuka and Mari are 28 (though their bodies haven't aged due to some new plot device called the Curse of Eva), whilst Shinji and Rei remain 14.
As of 3.33, Shinji and Rei are the youngest members of the cast, since even Touji's sister is older than them now.
