I would switch Aqua and Megumin. Megumin is a fixed value, and in terms of competence she's probably second to Kazuma. Dee has problems, but isn't generally the main cause of fuck ups.
Aqua is the most useful party member or the most useless, and it fluctuates wildly. Like Charlie, she can come through in the clutch, but is more than likely a drain on your team.
