Unlikely. The goblins didn't get any stronger either, and they've had lots of live combat and training doing stuff like farming.
NPCs simply can't learn shit. We know players can level up, so there's room for growth, but to begin with I'm pretty sure it was never stated that Ainz's summons could level up. Same applies with NPCs since they are made in a system with a level cap.
Entire worry in the early volumes for Ainz is literally how Nazarick won't get stronger by themselves, but the NW might.

If enough undead gather around corpses the negative energy starts to accumulate in the air so to say. Which is why letting the dead walk is bad, since stronger can rise later.
