She embodies everything I hate about manga and anime at this point. Shitty fetus face design on a simple athletic-except-not-really body with no actual defining physical traits to speak of outside of the stupid red eyes black hair murder trope. She's a no-personality dindu that has quirky anime traits like eating too much food and being oblivious in social situations. She has an edgy anime backstory that fails to carry any weight for anyone with a semblance of standards, so basically anyone that doesn't obsess over anime will find her story to be pathetically overbearing and cliche.
Honestly, why the fuck does anyone like her or this series? In a sea of things we consider over the top and edgy, it's actually edgy. The protagonist is the ultimate "nothing personnel kid" transition faggot in an environment that bleeds poorly written teenage garbage with every panel drawn. The only character even worth mentioning was the literal faggot because he was actually cool. Of course, he died, just like everyone else, because killing off every named character periodically over the course of your story is apparently how emotional investment works.
But hey, gundam. At least the writer is driving home the point for fans that the series is actually bad.

I need to catch up but it seems like the Wave and Kurome story is going really well. I just wish they'd have a nice balance between actual assassination missions like with what they did to Captain Ogre in the first volume, lots of sneaking around, stealth missions then bringing out the Teigus as a last resort instead of resorting to using them all the time. We needed more of that.
