Chad's powers were always claimed to be more Hollow-like in nature than the rest of the group's. Which considering Fullbringers get their power from residual Hollow reiatsu passed onto them from birth, makes sense.

They very clearly outline the fullbringer abilities. They're singular powers derived from the innate spirit within objects. None of the others take on their own living personas; none of the others have multiple abilities or techniques (save Chad, but he also doesn't quite fit); none of the others display the very particular structure Orihime's does where her items are actually each made up of multiple spirits.
On the other hand her powers have been directly compared to the visored where as Chad's were compared to arrancar's marking them as distinctly different from one another. Retroactively Chad being made a Fullbringer further distances Orihime from them at the same time. Her pins were also said to be not dissimilar to a zanpakutou with also removes them from Fullbringer abilities in a number of ways, again the notion of an independent spirit innate to the item released from a sealed form, etc... Where as the Fullbringer don't have a "sealed" form just the item's natural state, and the power is innate to the item's personal history rather than the person's inner traits, even though the two are partially connected.

How do you know that? The only reason she was unable to bring back Ichigo was because of how completely mindfucked she was. Later on in the series she has healed people that have much higher reiatsu than her.

Ichigo's bankai has young Zangetsu outfit. The full coat with the hood. along with greaves and gauntlets. The markings and horn are gone instead it's just the whites of his eyes that are black. His sword is the one from when he was last in his inner world. It looks like Yhwach's sword but black and with a short chain attached.
