A proper tsundere can be a really good romance as she slowly progresses from tsun to dere. The problem with most is that rather than that they just have mood swings like a coin flip. Take Shana for example, she was abrasive early on but kept getting more dere and in turn got cuter as her tsun was mostly chipped away to reveal the soft center. Compare this to Misaka who actually went in reverse, early on she was fine and just wanted to have a match and hang out, but she got more clingy without ever actually making a proper move which started making her really annoying when she wasn't being a bro.

That makes no sense. He was in doubt about whether or not he did the right thing. That has nothing to do with his genuine feelings and thoughts about Mikoto and what she did for him.
Except Touma didn't take back his speech he made for Mikoto in NT14. He questioned whether he did his best and was being deprecating when he realized that he might had been able to save HP from being evil. But Touma believed HP's end was the best conclusion possible. All of these are entirely different matters.

1) Kamidere - Bottom left, totally has a goddess complex.She is highly arrogant and proud, and is afraid to speak her mind.
2) Deredere - Top left, completely kind, happy, and energetic. No matter what may happen, she quickly reverts o her cheerful self.
3) Dandere - Top right, with the green hair. She is the quite type
4) Undere - Top right, with pink hair. Says yes to pretty much everything the one she love says. She is kinda obsessed with the green hair girl.
5) Tsundere - Bottom right. Modern day tsun character with a fresh twist!
