No, but I've largely cut down on the amount that I watch as I've gotten older.
When I watch anime on the train I speed it up to 105% so that I can finish an episode during the journey
I don't watch anything not worth my time.
I just open it in vobsub, it has this handy feature of being able of cycling through subs with a preview picture attached, it's like reading a color manga
When it's a show I'm not terribly excited for that week, I'll watch at 1.5 speed. Sometime 1.6 or 1.7 depending on just how little patience I have for it.
