I figure with the chapter length being about 40-45 pages you can squeeze out an episode per chapter or two but that seems like it would make it very hard for it to be animated completely since Japan's shit taste would mean it gets only about 1-2 seasons

If this was animated by a good studio and had a good OST it would probably be one of my favorite anime of all time. I believe Emma got an anime so maybe we'll eventually get an Otoyomegatari one.
I'd love to see Shirin's tits animated but if it does get adapted maybe the studio should just focus on the Amir/Karluk story , maybe throw in Pariya's marriage story line too instead of veering off into the twins and the lesbian sister wives.

I don't understand why everyone sucks Angel Densetsu's dick so much. It had one joke that got stale less than halfway through, and it morphed into a generic high school fighting manga almost straightaway. It's funny for a few volumes, sure, but taken as a whole it falls flat.

I have been watching anime longer than I've been reading anime. I don't know why anyone would want something they enjoy adapted into an anime.
It besmirches the good name of the original, and awful memesters jump on board and tear it to pieces, all the while insisting that they liked it when it was a manga too.
Blazing Transfer student, no idea how many episodes but by Trigger sine it definitely seems like their style since Gainax probably won't remake it.
Also The Drifting Classroom by Madhouse or Sunrise, 50 episodes, I'm surprised pic related hasn't even had one yet giving how famous it is.
I also really want to see Kon's Tropic of the Sea handled by Ghibli, that's right up their alleyway considering they use a lot of themes and motiffs in their works.
