Seeing as Shinji's father was a rally racer what are the chances Shinji takes up a liking to rally and the sequel has him as the main character, would people like it seeing how it was with Final Stage?
I love rally, it's in my opinion the best collection of drivers driving in the most harsh places and it's the greatest display of skill, but I can't see it working well when Initial D was about direct races and not time attacks.
If anything it'd sound good on like a very short story sequel with Shinji being a Rally driver and Dagumi finally becoming pro in circuits or something.

You can get a GC8 in WRX trim or in GT trim with GT getting a larger displacement engine and taller gears and the WRX being a STI without the STI tune
Either way you will never be able to buy one without importing one from japan
