The show wasn't that good to begin with. After the first three episodes or so every episode was the same damn thing over and over again.
The only reason I finished it was because it had cute girl and I was new to anime and too dumb to realize that every single show has cute girls.

Kaiba is Yuasa's best anime, not Tatami Galaxy.
Sure it wasn't the best adaptation, but it was at least an 8.5 by the end. Koi Kaze was about an 8, and I would give Yosuga a 9.
The ending isn't the problem, that was... fine. The problem was the wildly inconsistent writing in the second half of the series that makes it read like a fucking diary of a bunch of schizos.
