Volume 1 sold around 200k anon. That is very,very good for manga that just started. Imagine how good it will sell once anime comes out
I like it so far. Haven't really bothered reading much into it because fucking reading 1 chapter a month is so shit.
Though from a realistic perspective. The designs are worse, less unique, interesting etc than the Shinigami from Death Note. It really shows what a one -hit wonder they truly were.

Bakuman is just a basic story which i admit i liked.
Deathnote was something unique at the time and now they made a comeback in the same genre and look at how shit it is, they really were a fluke.
This is one of the worst things I'm reading at the moment.
I just wish authors would stop writing battle-survival manga. They're all awful, and not popular in Japan anyway, so I don't see why people keep writing them.
