Even if the ones that follow Touma would fight for him, I don't think any would just kill themselves with zero thought towards self-preservation. He will probably attempt to kill Kamisato while he's at it so there's no chance of WR going back to him if Yuiitsu dies. He probably doesn't want Mikoto dead because she may still have some role in his endgame, so he'll either leave Mikoto to deal with Yuiitsu if she's now able to or he'll keikaku someone else (Touma/Accel/Hamazura) into helping Mikoto in his place. If it goes well for him, the volume will end with Yuiitsu pacified, WR either non-existent or in a position that he can control it (either attached to a co-operative Yuiitsu or a Dark Matter construct of some kind) and with Mikoto alive and not totally overpowered to the extent that she becomes difficult to contol. Probably wouldn't hurt to destroy the rest of the AAA so no-one else can fuck with them. I doubt it will go perfectly for him, since Kamisato is probably in Heaven Canceller's care and Laura may do more than just sit back and watch/eat popcorn.
