Togashi just seemed genuinely more interested in his work, so I'd say HxH. Plus he's supposed to be healthy now so I'm sure he's willing to do what he can until the next speedbump in his life.
I have no clue what's going on with Miura though, forget idolmaster memes. I think I remember rumors of him having heart problems? But that was years ago, I see no excuse for him drawing a few chapters then taking a seventh month break.
