No, it wouldn't be a correct use. Words have shades of meaning and are appropriate in different contexts that dictionaries simply cannot exhaustively cover. A woman told she's stylish would be flattered about her dress and makeup sense. A woman told she's well-configured would either be confused or assume English is your second language and you looked up a translation without having experience with how the word is used.
