Post HF she is being trained by a church bishop, but Nasu never saw fit to show us how her progress is afterward. Like, her powers have enormous potential beyond spearing. She can make her own plane where essentially anything she wants can happen, see the bad ends where the Shadow using it, or she uses these abilities BY INSTINCT.

Even if Iskander pops IH and uses numbers to reduce Cybele to ineffectiveness beyond debuffing all the nearest soldiers, Medusa is way faster and more maneuverable than he is on his chariot when she's riding Pegasus. She'd outpace his army and be fully able to avoid any attempts to surround her since she's so fast and also able to fly.
Again assuming Cybele is not used for some reason or otherwise rendered ineffective, it would probably come down to who runs out of steam first. IH definitely drains more mana to maintain than Bellerophon, and if Iskander uses his chariot on top of IH then with only magic stat D to Medusa's B, he'll run out long before he can kill her.
She can even use Bloodfort to drain mana from his army to supplement her own if she needs to.
It's a very bad matchup for Iskander.

Berserker could steamroll every hero in the 5th war but Archer and Gil, and that's only because they're capable of producing the different types of weapons needed to bypass God Hand to take Herc's lives. Kariya was in a better shape in Accel Zero because he didn't overuse Lancelot and was early on the war. So he could be saved. He just lost a hand but he was going to live longer. As far as Iskandar was concerned, we were bad guys who were interrupting and cowardly attacking people under his watch. After he realized cranky strategist was Waver, he simply helped him to overcome his Iskandar complex by facing him. Part of it was a skewed sense of atonement for herself and for killing her sisters, but at her core, she still hates how humanity treated her and her family.
The irony was that in the story for Hollow, it said that she loved humans once.
