It's said several times that puppets are the same as human bodies, even better depending on the circumstances.
Even in Fate it's literally said that Shirou's body is the same, except his puppet body has shitty magic circuits, not that much of a problem anyways since Rin says that he can use UBW if he trains.

Actually its stated that Shirou's body in HF is ill fitting and that there are major differences between how he was before and after. That puppet was a basic generic one that Touko left behind in one of her old workshops.
