It's neat how Tonio has pretty much the best healing based stand in the entire jojo-verse. Josuke might have a better healing stand for stuff in combat, but Tonio can cure long term ailments and can outright repair/replace failing organs or remove tumors with the right dish.
To be honest I am surprised Okuyasu or Josuke didn't think to bring Oku's dad over to Tonio. Though I am sure Dio's cells might fuck up Tonio's effectivness in curing him, Okuyasu never met Tonio, and Tonio never got hit by the arrow, so Keicho probably never met him either, even though Tonio's restaurant was pretty closeby. It would have saved the Nijimura brothers a lot of trouble.
