The -kun duos are real, that's the main thing I could tell. Usually if an episode has only 2 sextuplets, it's always about Oso and Choro. Those two and Totty are the three that talk the most, followed by Kara. Ichi and Jyushi are the most quiet, ehich isn't that far off from -san.
Episode 69 was one of my favourites. It was like the divorce episode but with barbed wire and the kids that got stuck with their dad were Oso, Ichi and Kara.

Ichi's voice is pretty inconsistent from the identifiable lines he has. In 5 and 6, he has a lower voice. Sounds like they'd be some of the occasions where he was understudied by Choro's actress.
There are some where he's scratchier, and then the times where he sounds like Matsuyo and you can tell it's that voice. But you'd probably find more episodes where he doesn't speak.

Yeah, there is a big difference in his voice in the first couple of episodes, in 16 where he is at an interview, and 25 especially. Poor Fukuyama. He sounded hoarse at the end and tried to speak louder and more emotionally probably because Ichi's low drawl is hard. But it's such a good drawl. He has created quite the appealing voice even cooler because his real voice isn't anything like that.
