Chapter 170 of gantz is the best romance plotline in any manga of all time and you know it
I wonder why /a/ never talks about Gantz. I tried getting people to talk about the new series that is currently being serialized but still they won't budge. I don't understand either.

I think it's one of the best stories until the whole vampieres and telekinesis guys appear. IMO these two elements don't fit in the story universe. Also I find the alien design is lazy (dinosaures, buddas, roman god statues???). Furthermore, the invasion story arc is absolutely long-winded.
And why the hell does the one alien race help us, although they think we are worthless.

We did, it's done now. Very few mangas continue to be talked about after their series end on /a/. Usually discussions will arise on a random post if someone brings it up. Apart from that, a terrible ending to a pretty lackluster anime pretty much left it for dead in /a/ to even bring up.

I find it rather interesting because gantz has wester enough themes that it could be normie friendly (implying it were to have a good dub and have an actual distribution plan) but that's just the thoughts of one Australian autist.
