She's a cold, hostile and emotionless girl broken to bits by past trauma. For her to shed her impassive and bitter exterior to slowly and surely fall in love with the man thatwas tricked by a fucking fig to fall in love with herand expose her warm, sensitive self within that tough exterior.
The ending pissed me off so much I forgot how much I enjoyed Fremy and the first several episodes.

I actually liked the anime but I was surprised that it was written by the Book of Bantorra guy.
I think they needed to bring in the mystery part sooner in the episode lineup because if you just watch episode one or two you'd think its just aztec batman and that may be the case but its the detective side of batman and you don't expect batman to be a detective at first. Even though he's literally the worlds smartest man and best detective in comics canon.
