As much as I love Pika, no. I am unsure if Meruem even used a bit of Nen to defend himself against Netero's attacks, but it seemed he didn't. As far as we know, Pika's best hatsus are Chain Jail and Judgment Chain. Supposing Meruem used no Nen, I doubt that Judgement Chain could pierce his skin. And post-rose Meruem was using Nen, so this is out of the question. Even if for some bullshit reason he could use Chain Jail, he would not win.
Also, take into account that Netero and Mereum moved at near sonic speeds. Post-rose Meruem seemed to move even faster.
