Decent enough if you're a Sonic fan I guess, though I didn't care for some of the focus being shifted on to some human kid.
The arcs where they animated the plots of the Sonic Adventure games were good. They even used Live and Learn in the battle against the Finalhazard.
Also if you never played SA2, watching that arc should give you some idea of the ways KLK ripped off elements of the game.

I think it depends on how much you really like Sonic and how much you're willing to put up with Chris
Chris isn't a complete awful mary sue-like character, but he drags the series down a bit, because he's The Kid character, and they insist on dragging him along for adventures, even though he has no powers or talents. The real issue with him is that even kids will find him hard to relate to, because he's whiny and clingy. His deal is that he feels lonely because his parents are away working all the time except
1) His grandfather is around, and lives at his house
2) He has a maid and a butler to take care of him
3) He has a lot of friends
4) Fuck you, he gets to hang out with Sonic
So when he's going off on some bullshit, it's like "fuck you, kid!"
Season 1: Original Shenanigans
Don't like Sonic?: Don't bother
Like Sonic: It's okay. Don't expect aything too much though
Season 2: Game Adaptions; Sonic Adventure 1, 2 and Battle
Don't like Sonic?: Don't bother
Like Sonic: It's alright, but the adaption could use some work. Scenes like E-102 Gamma's death were done better in the game, and Chris is the one that talks to Shadow, not Amy. The Battle arc is great, even if it's a little silly
Season 3: Original Shenanigans
Don't like Sonic?: It's actually passable
Like Sonic: Honestly? It's great! Via time Shenanigans, Chris is actually turned into a decent character and focus moves on from him to Tails, and they actually write a touching story in there. At the end, I actually felt something.
If you're really into Sonic, I'd say give it a try. If you're just looking, I'd honestly just say go right to Season 3, you're not missing much from the other seasons.
