That hasn't been explained yet. Hayate was discovered to have fold reception but he himself doesn't sing. Probably the best thing that could happen is receive some form of buff from a singer with fold reception he/she is resonant with like what happened to Hayate.

Mikumo is a clone created with Mirage's fold receptors and the genes of a protoculture girl in stasis.
Mirage used to want to be an idol, but failed due to nervousness/etc, but was offered an possibility by participating in said experiment. Joined the Spacey so she could at least be close to them, protect them, and live vicariously through Mikumo.

No. I already fully expect Frontier in terms of plot progression.
I think next 10 episodes will be filled with character arcs. We won't learn anything important about windermerians, protoculture and Mikumo till like episode 18. Freyja will be developing her feelings towards Hayate extremely slowly too. She will understand that she's in love in episode 15 or even later. Mirage will complete triangle just few eps before the end of the show.
And I'm fine with it.
