No, the other girls hardly made choices of their own and suffered for them, they all acted as the plot required and barely developed as characters. Other than Krul, just Celestia had decent characterization.
The best parts of the show were Krul and the characters designs. Too bad all there relevant Kasuga's works are already apdapted so we won't see his art in the near future unless someone hires him to do the original designs.
