Well if you really practice an elevator pitch with "Have you heard of our savior Magical 2nd Reich Goddess who does this and that..." you'd probably get a smile or two back on a street corner.
The only REAL chance of finding more people is via bigger exposure as the manga & anime hits the decks with bigger splash down the line. And even that is reverse, interested people stumbling on the series and offering their help if they have the skills and interest.

Sentence structure can be a bit awkward, but I haven't had too much trouble understanding what's going on since Ch1, so either its gotten better or I've acclimated to the at times eccentric syntax.

Having the raw of the first volume myself, it's actually not quite so bad to read with some grounding in Japanese.
It IS however, and absolute fucking ass unless Japanese is your first language.
Carlo Zen (the author) writes competently for a high school or older audience. This means that it's actually on the level of translating a normal novel for people who actually bother to read.
However, he uses more outdated kanji and combinations that aren't easily translated, and his JP use is higher-tier, so it causes translators and second-language readers to shit their pants in fear and/or ass-breaking anger due to how NOT-utterly-simple it is, like most otaku tripe.

There is plenty of death and destruction it's just treated as an expected outcome of war, and Tanya hasn't gotten very closely attached to anyone so at this point I think she would only mourn the loss of talent. Maybe that changes later, it would be cute if she got really friendly with Visha.
