Well Ainz really is aiming to learn more about NW's magic and fighting capabilities, and Wild Magic was originally exclusive to Dragons and strong wild creatures. Then Yggdrasil players came and passed on easier magic almost anyone can use, with some training. It seems to also destabilize Wild magic.
So a fusion of both is definitely going to result in some amazing shit, if Ainz is able to figure out how to use Ygg magic to correct the flaws and boost Wild magic.

Maybe it has to do with the way the magic works?
Such as Wild magic pulling from the surroundings without affecting the user without affecting the surroundings (leaving a magical residue or something that would inhibit regen), while Ygg magic pulls directly from the user and forces an effect on the surroundings, including disrupting or corrupting the natural magic flow.
The former would be stronger in areas of high natural magic concentrations, whereas the latter is better usable all around. But the former would also be more time-consuming to work with while the latter can even be learned by children with enough education.

It was shorter before when a team was working on it. Most of them quit after Yen Press licensed the series a while back to avoid a DMCA.
Actually, all of them quit except Nigel.The last remaining Supreme Being.To answer your question no one really knows how long it will take. Most of the time we got 1 or 2 chapters a week, but again that was with a whole translation team working on it. Compounding that with the fact that this is one of the longest volumes in the series and yet somehow only has 3 chapters (not counting prologue, epilogue, or intermission), it's most likely going to be a long time before the Volume is fully translated.
I'd say to expect small chunks weekly or biweekly.

I think it depends on how thoroughly they were written in their flavor text. Ulbert was probably a smart cookie as idiots can't often write a character smarter than themselves.

She is the second most complex character after Ainz with the whole hate for the SBs, but so far the author didn't do much with her. We know that she is extremely smart and competent and one of the cores of AOG, but the author uses her mostly to comic scenes where she tries to get the bone or is jealous of someone getting Ainz's attention. I still think she will shine in the next volumes and bring a lot of interesting things to the plot.
Also, she's the poster girl of Overlord, and thanks to her the LN got a lot of new readers

That's not really what I mean. I mean that with e-sports, you can be poor to a certain extent and come from a middle-wage family and still compete. You won't have the best computer yes, but your computer doesn't mean shit much when most of the e-sport games cater to low end rigs.
F1 on the other hand is a sport that caters to one-upping each other with the cars, so money is spent in spades. You can't just come from a background of racing while delivering tofu in an 86. That's just F1 though, in something like NASCAR or Rally it's much more applicable even if rare.
Think about the biggest e-sport in history. Starcraft/Brood Wars. ANYONE could play that shit back when Korea had it big. It was merely time spent + practice. Before it got real big I remember some of the early pros (I don't know if it was Boxer or Flash or whoever) had to go through some tough times of their parents berating them and not supporting them kicking them out of the house but they still managed.

Even if Albedo is an annoying and predictable character, she serves a very important purpose and that is to allow us to peer into the personalities of Ainz and the rest of the Guardians and to allow their characters to develope.
Without Albedo there to drag the other Guardians into a conflict about what to do with Ainz, they'd be more or less doomed into being side-characters while Ainz acts like an obsessive lunatic about NPCs while doing his own thing.
Granted, in the webnovel, Mare didn't exist either, so Albedo doesn't get all the credit.

Actually in Eastern culture, Master is lower than Lord. Because your Lord is the guy at the top of your importance list, but your Master is the guy your personally swore to follow and is basically your direct superior. This is especially evident during the Romance of 3 Kingdoms in China.
However, it doesn't work, because Ainz is referred to as Master by everyone in Nazarick as well, not just the Guardians. Ainz basically gets described by every damn word but Your Grace (Duke rank/Old King before Your Majesty) and Your Excellency (Pope/retired kings and emps/etc).
So when you got this guy who monopolizes all your fancy titles to begin with it gets real iffy.
Personally if I had to choose a localization and take out -sama even though I feel it's appropriate due to Yggdrasil and Ainz being Japanese in nature and naturally the language they speak is fucking Japanese that master is indeed the best title for himself.
But that means shit cause then you have the Guardian problem, though I guess your alternative is pretty good if you can retcon the whole volume 1.
