I wonder if any of this stuff (both Railgun and Accelerator) is going to get used in the LN. It's entirely possible. Some of this stuff could easily be either directly related to Yuiitsu or things she has access to. Assuming of course Mikoto, Misaki, Accelerator or Estelle don't make the things they are dealing with unusable.
But then again these things could easily either be prototypes for things that are going to come up or remade.

I just got done reading the third ark of Morning star. Why didn't Kuroko just teleport? I'm actually really confused? I'm sure there is some sort of reason for it but I can't possibly begin to imagine what that would be.
