Saitama's routine is a list of excercises that panders to what the average otaku percieves as "working out". Its shit and neglects a fuckton of muscles. If you want a legit routine for gaining muscle read "starting strength" by mark rippetoe or commit to following the stronglifts 5x5 program.
If you just want to lose weight, diet is 90% of the work. start by eating the same things you'd normally eat, just smaller portions. Next step is cutting out the really unhealthy stuff like soda. Just paying attention to those 2 tips should come a long way if you commit to it. at first it might be hard but it'll quickly become routine to grab a bottle of water instead of pepsi.
