I doubt I'll be able to say this without sounding contrarian or edgy, but why would this be an godtier anime scene? Admittedly this thread is full of shitposts, but you seem to be serious about this one. If I remember correctly it was just a small little scene and we were given little reason to care about the characters other than feeling sorry for their suffering. I thought it was so over the top that it actually became unintentionally funny, but had absolutely no impact otherwise.
I'm not completely against Madoka, but I think if anything it's just above average. And even then I'd say that Sayaka's transformation was a better scene than this one, especially in the movie.

Their parents and their relationship and how it affected them, how they deal with small or big problems, their principles and at times hypocrisy, their taste in different things, how they get along with other people or how they don't, how they fare with the opposite gender.
