Yeah, I mean I like Kageyama but like I said before I can see the drama coming because of Hinata's anger and jealousy. Also I've been thinking that a timeskip could be interesting, but considering that this chapter focuses on the main characters' growth that seems unlikely now.

It would be good opportunity for his character development. For a prominent character he was completely outshined by Tsukishima in previous arcs. This training camp will be the first time he's around people who are just as good if not better than him, it's unlike anything he ever experienced before. It will be interesting to see if he's the weakest link there and how he handles it. Maybe we'll even see his parents.

I can see something like that. Not everyone knows him like Karasuno does and he'll be by himself over there. I could easily see another Kitagawa Daiichi scenario except with more skilled players who are not as patient with him. Though I don't think it will be too dramatic.
I think the bigger problem is if anything he learns there will work with Karasuno, since plays should be practiced as a team. It would be a shame if he becomes like Ushijima.
