She didn't have official measurements until CCC, shit was super inconsistent before CCC came out where Wada would draw Tamamo with an A cup at times and other times larger.
At least now its mostly consistent, in the sense that she's understood to be large by all the artists. In terms of size she's one of the biggest bust heroines yet, but still not absurd size. Its just a bit bigger than Sakura really.
After Nasu and Wada got together, they decided she was definitely the heroine of the bust in Extra, and Nero shall be the backside since she has the part open in the back for easy access. So they tried to keep it more consistent where they would draw her bigger after CCC.

I'm okay with Arturia being in so as long as her role feels a bit alien compared to the Arturia that we're used to, and assuming that she doesn't hog the spotlight.
I'm tired of Fate and don't really get excited about announcements related to it, but Extra is the one exception. I think that it's because it has such a different atmosphere about it compared to other Fate works. It's not urban fantasy from the same setting as F/SN. The set up of the war is not the same as what we're used to. While characters do return, they're a bit different from how we remember them, either due to the different circumstances or due to the fact that they're not actually the same character. It's also quite a lot more fanservicy. While it shares the premise of "masters summon legendary heroes to fight in an elimination war", it feels like a different franchise.

I don't remember very clearly, but I think Godhand didn't come up in the first battle in the Fate route between them. No, wait, it must have, since Rin and Shirou had a long conversation about how hard it would be to trump Berserker's immortality the next day. I don't know how much of it is simply because Berserker doesn't care about attacks he knows can't harm him and lets them hit cleanly because they're harmless in order to get the advantage with his next attack.
In the anime, yeah Berserker would have been dead if not for Godhand, but Saber did have to use Excalibur as well.

If she had a master that could properly fuel her with mana, she could excaliblast her way to victory (it doesn't need to be charged, she can fire it immediately), but that would leave Fuyuki a smoking ruin which she doesn't want. It's just pure bad luck on her part she doesn't have her other NPs like Rhon or Carnwennan.
That doesn't mean she's a terrible servant though, it actually goes to show she's quite powerful since every servant she's met in a fight have to use their NPs to have a chance at killing her.
