Remember that Mami told Madoka specifically that since she's making a contract, she might as well wish for something she just wants, and she gives a few examples as wishing for a great boyfriend or wishing for a lot of money. So it seems like Mami is at least giving someone else advice that making a selfish wish is the way to go.
As for me, I think it's possible she wished for her amazing boobs, or more specifically for beauty, since ribbons might be considered to be associated with vanity. She also laments to Madoka the fact that being a magical girl tends to isolate you from people, which might imply that even though she wished for beauty, she was never able to really capitalize on that.
When you see her in the car wreckage, briefly though you do see her, she seems kind of flat-chested.
