Rework the whole thing
Why would acid leaking Humpty Dumpty randomly have a clay devil fruit which created her otherwise completely human (some relatively) looking daughters.
You don't have to try and force the entirety of a story or myth for a comparison just because various ones have been played around with in the past in different capacities. At most the Alice in Wonderland theme may be played around with and even then it could likely just end up being mostly superficial.
