Why are nips so afraid of realistic romances? I mean NHK was a nice spin on "girl loves boring guy for no reason", but also showed how some romances are unhealthy and clingy.
Tatami Galaxy was a more natural thing.
5cm Per Second shows us about moving on, loss and not always having another chance.
Then again The Fountain is one of my favourite films, so maybe I have a different idea of romance to most people. It's jsut most romance is so generic and unrealistic.
