Opens with Furuta revealing his kagune to Eto and mocking her because she was unaware he was a one-eyed-ghoul, Eto reenters her kakuja form. Switch to :re and friends as they make their way through the sewage drain and reach the end. Ayato, Hinami and Banjou leave as Yomo and Touka decide to wait for Kaneki. Switch to Arima and Kaneki, whose kakuja is beginning to resemble Arata's. They attack each other both unable to land any damaging hits, Arima seems pleased that Kaneki has progressed enough to contend with him. Switch to Furuta fighting with Eto in her crazed kakuja form, she isn't able to hit Furuta as he breaks through her kakuja dealing a devasting hit on Eto, Furuta then readies for a finishing blow.

I think it's more disgusting that she forced Takizawa to eat his mother when Yamori didn't reach that level, he only asked Kaneki to choose between mother and child but Kaneki didn't have to eat them.

Kanae attacked her first, and subsequently made use of the former's hatred of Haise in her schemes. And while what Eto did was fucked up, Karren was "loved" as Eto promised and was happier dying as herself than her entire life as "Kanae." I don't think that was Eto's actual intention (I doubt she cared) - but Karren seemed pleased enough with her torture powerup and finally holding Tsukiyama in her arms and confessing to him finally. So if she's not complaining, I'm not.
Other than that, she hasn't really been seen "torturing" anyone to power them up.
I do agree that people make out Eto to be some sort of Demon Spawn. While the majority of all the people in TG have taken and ruined lives. For example Tsukiyama and even Touka have taken lives and some were not even to feed themselved. Hell Tsukiyama even toyed with these lives and made a circuss out of them. Don't get me wring though, I like Tsukiyama but sometimes this fandom is so naive.

Shikorae has stitching around his eyes which is something we've seen eto do. Also he hangs around takizawa, another victim of eto. Sure he was unstable before but she probably took advantage of that.
