One of my favorite Chinese cartoons. /a/ is dildos-magic impossible to please. The only thing wrong with it was that it was too short, and a little too slow. It was an animu on simmer, and only reached a boil for a moment.

I can see why some people felt misled about the story. So we have the unfortunate case of people who otherwise would not have watched it feeling the need to criticize it for not being the kind of thing they liked. (Note that I'm not begrudging their opinion: if you didn't like it, fair enough, it happens.) Thus skewing the consensus away from its intended audience.
It did bog down in places, but it was a fun ride. It at least tried to put some effort into the science behind the fiction, and not resorting to conveniences like artificial gravity and such.

I don't even remember anything that happened and can barely recall the characters. It was basically just a mundane SoL, instead of the space pirate adventure story that it originally seem to be be promising. Also not enough yuri to compensate.
I liked, the fluff was fantastic.
Also, not-Usagi and not-Oscar were hnnng.
