Well if you read manga, Kenichi is probably the best out there for anything mattial arts. The only thing it doesn't have is krav maga. However as it mostly uses techniqies from other martial arts that masters/disciples in Kenichi use that should be no problem. Boris and his master for example use combat sambo

I'd like to see more trickster fighting styles: surprise gadgets and winning with pure science. Rokka no Yuusha's MC is the best example of this I can think of.
As for weapons: belts. I just want to see someone get surprise belted out of nowhere. I can only recall someone using their belt offensively once in Rurouni Kenshin. Out of all the stupid weapons in anime, belts are easily the most underrepresented.

Kendo is not even meant to be used outside sport matches, it is not kenjutsu, it is just a sport derived from it, and even while imitating Kendo well, because many most won't even, manga, novels (visual and otherwise), games, and anime, show terrible, down right not even novice tier, sword fights more often than not.
Here is a hint, running right ahead sword in hand and just attacking head on is not something that should be called great technique, or superb footwork.
