I am now using an add-on where when I open the image in a new tab I have it set to automatically add :orig to the end of the URL. I like to have dozens of images loaded up before using CTRL+S to save them then CTRL+W to close the page.
I used to follow https://twitter.com/dramger since they retweet most of the uploaded Cu-Poche images.
Here is a dropbox where I am currently uploading my mostly organized Cu-Poche folder. It only has stuff going back to early May. I forgot that Open Image in new tab isn't a default setting. Having to click view image and ruining what you have loaded on the tab seems painful.
Ideally I'd like to have a way to save the images in their :orig format without having to view them in a new tab. There must be a way to skip this step and have a right click option on the posted twitter option which prompts you to save the :orig version. It would be even nicer if it were affixed to the favorite button.

The bags and boards themselves are pretty inexpensive, a pack of 100 Golden Age size bags runs you about $8, a pack of 100 Golden Age size boards sell for around $10. Golden Age is the size you generally want to go for doujins, it's roughly the dimensions of B5 printed page.
The actual storage I have them in are called 'BCW Supplies Stor-Folios', Amazon sells them in a pack of 2 for about $19. You could probably find a cheaper alternative for storage, but I think these are built pretty solidly and can hold about 20 doujins each depending on the page-count.

Most of the larger doujins are printed around A4 paper dimensions, you could still bag them with 'Treasury size' bags and boards, although they're too large to fit in the 'Stor-Folios'.
For the bigger doujins you could always use something like a magazine holder to store them after bagging.
