Including all seires together regardless of the target demo makes the list seem sort of odd. Doremi being between Fate and Sayaka for example is just weird. How do I read this compatison? It makes more sense to me to read this as two lists, separating the actual shoujo series from the seinen. Then you get Sakura > Doremi > Usagi whicih I can at least form an opinion about now:
That opinion is wrong and shit. Doremi is the best magical girl, and the only precure is from the currently airing snorefest season. She's just a cute retaard that's been around in literally every other precure already. They put a precure on the list and it wasn't Nagisa, at the top of the list, so they're really dumb. They got the megucas in the right order at least, but they don't all deserve to be so high.

Madoka and Homura both actually deserve to be high on a list of seinen magical girls. The others not so much, at least not compared to other top tier MCs like Nano/Fate or Illya. Kyouko, Sayala, and Mami are more like plot devices than characters when compared to Madoka and HomuHomu.
