So I extracted parts 1-8 which gave me the 4 CD's. I didn't touch 9-11 or GAmovies.part1 and GAmovies.part2. I also have the GApatchv98, though I don't know if I've updated GA yet.
The movie files are a bunch of .pak files

The installation with the 4 CDs is mostly what the video is about and it's what comes out from GA parts 1-11 so don't worry about those. The .pak files are going to be placed in the game's directory once you've installed it.
The patch zip folder should have the Consolas Font which you will need to install too and there's also a readme text file in there too.
So just install with daemontools first.

The Broccoli logo shows up in the beginning.
It's more common these days for the movies to not play, it's happened to me too but compatibility mode somewhat helped before a few things started screwing up. Worst case scenario, you can find the movies online.
Not much else I can help you with it if the fixes don't help, but hopefully the rest of the game work fine and are translated. Make sure you have that consolas font, otherwise the text is going to show up incomplete.
As I've mentioned before, the two sequels shouldn't have such a problem if you run it in windowed mode. The installation process is similar too.
