I skipped on watching Stray Dogs because of the >fujoshit shitposting, because I hate actual gay shit. But I should have known better than to fall for the memes, because a lot of times the stuff that gets labelled fujoshit isn't actually gay, and it only gets labelled so because it has a sizable female audience. LN is supposed to be Dazai's backstory which they instead brought into the present, significantly compressed it into two episodes and inserted Atsushi (who slightly annoys me) into it.

The humour sucks. Dazai is a good looking guy in his early 20s and so of course he wants to bang girls. They are glaring at him and looking at him like he did something heinous, especially the mc which just annoys me. They are honestly acting like middle school children and that is probably why the humour feels so stale.
Besides Dazai, not a single character in this show is likable. Some say Kunikida but I found his personality tiresome.

In episode 4 it seems like shit was going down, that we are heading down a dark path now that two of the agency people are dead. Then in episode 5 we get introduced to the black ops of the Mafia and their attack on the agency
And in episode 5 we opened up the episode with healing through sex and the attack ended up being a joke. So I'm not sure if this want to be a comedy series or something serious.
