Which is dumb on so many levels. All the fans of the show are way past college, so they won't care much about seeing Sakura as a 14 year old school girl when they're all 25-35 years old. And one of the big things that made CCS good was she aged in real time.

The point I made above is that its stupid to make a continuation of CCS at all. Either in her teens or as an adult. And since CLAMP is the one writing the story, your questions most likely won't be answered. It'll be a generic story about Sakura making a few unique cards based on the power of love and friendship. And acting just like she did as a kid. But in a middle school setting and some slight love troubles with Shaoran. It is not going to show her being a demi god nor is it going to show good development of her transitioning into being an adult.

Let me give you a little tip. The main point of CardCaptor Sakura wasn't the cards or magical powers. It was the relationships of the characters and family. The cards were just a vehicle to create situations for the characters to overcome. Same as the magic. If this sequel manga focuses on the magic, it will completely ruin the previous work. But I wouldn't put it past clamp to do that. That's what they did with Tsubasa.

She spend great effort to hide her powers and live a normal life between 4th and 6th grade. Why would it be any different a year later when this new manga is going to be set?

Since everyone in CCS follows the same path as their parents, she'll probably become a housewife, married to Shaoran. Just hopefully she won't die at age 21 like her mother.
And while it may sound boring, being a housewife would actually be the most logical approach for Sakura. She's marrying into a super rich family (Li). She doesn't need to have a job to make money. She can spend the majority of her time improving her magic and raising a family. She'll probably live in Hong Kong as well. I'd honestly be interested in seeing a Mahou Shoujo from the perspective of a grown woman. But I don't really want CCS to do that.
