The reincarnation will last for 3 years easily, I wouldn't doubt Slime, Shield & Rudy-sama will make it, just that their Light Novels are a year away from being fleshed out.
UQ Holder will get an anime, and there will be 1 miracle of another korean manwha/webtoon such as Freezing getting adapted, despite how much Japan wishes Koreans burn in a fire.
Money is on Tower of God doing this with minimilistic Japanese style, other series can't be adapted that well.

Spider LN has only started recently from memory, but there's a huge push behind it. Manga has only begun at least 6 months to determine interest, but you never know studios if they like it they'll pick it up. Problem is the obvious game of throne separate character development.
Re:Monster should be none at all, but I dunno of any LN version of it since the WN is bare bone diary fap material, not saying that it's not good, just wouldn't sell on mainstreaming elf rape.

Very obvious one would be SAO, then webnovels really started taking off and hundreds of stories just popped up with various variations and from there isekai series became really popular, you can still see the MMO influence in many isekai series which portray themselves as straight fantasies but add stuff like stats and levels because writing is hard.

Yeah I'd agree the mainstream Market ate it up big again due to SAO, although it's been around for ages for 90s anime like monster rancher and Yakumo in the west.
As for being the first one.. it's the chinese that have been writing this stuff for years and Japan WN + LN scene caught up but made it better / sometimes not better but removed a tonne of Chinese elements.
The translation scene has been in full force into English over the last 4 years. Japans taste is more successful in globalizing it for all markets.

Wrong, super powers on teens is the staple of anime for ages, there have only been 3 series that capitalized on western hype but no others succeeded. There have been 2 cancelled series already, being a public hero has been existed since Kamen rider and westernized anime are pretty narrow on their schoolkid age bracket 'marvel, transformers, etc'
Isekai is basically the pinnacle of escapism. There's no setting that's as ideal for self-insert fantasies as one where the protagonist enters a whole new world full of adventure and cute girls, where nothing about his past life matters.
Unless escapism suddenly falls out of fashion, I think we'll be sticking to this for a long time.

So if I was to be a guessing man, I'd assume the next thing would be either reincarnation stories or a turn to tragedy based LNs
I just want a genuine MMO anime, where they're not stuck in one, they just play one. And they're not casual shitters who only play on small scale, in a group of 4-5 players, but in actual raid environments, doing cutting edge content and competing with other guilds, etc. Think of it like a mix of a sports anime, adventure anime, and MMO anime.
Something like Log Horizon minus the stuck in the game part, and written by someone who is actually familiar with raiding.
