New voice clips are acquired based on various circumstances like pulling a certain form x amount of times in a gacha, getting the mega NEET canon etc. up to a certain level, reaching a certain level on the main stage, leveling up your Matsu. This would be pretty funny, but it'd mostly only make tumblrinas butt blasted. Anyone who isn't a 14 year old girl knows Kara isn't perfect. A lot of people tend to like him because they either feel bad for him, or notice he (and Jyushimatsu) tend to be the kinder of the siblings. Although there's no denying that some of the "kindness" he shows is fake and part of his stupid cool guy act.
