I have. The character interactions and development are the best part of the series by far, it still doesn't change the fact that the collars arc is boring. So what if the characters say it's important, or are hard-blushing over the premise, I still couldn't feel emotionally involved in what's happening because based on everything shown up to that point, I just can't feel the significance. The new characters introduced for that arc also felt about as forced as they get, especially the girl.
